RACV Lady
I asked the call centre lady how long it would take for them to come out and help me, and this was the reapsonce"If we are not there within half an hour, then it will take us closer to an hour to get out to you"

and now the RACV person has been and gone.
In the end it only took him about 10 mins to get out here, silly girl.
